Which is the before and which is the after? .........I suppose it depends on whether you're reading Runners World or Muscle magazine.

What kind of tool? Ergo-dynamic, sleek, comfortable to handle, thoughtfuly crafted, razor sharp to the touch, or unweildy,clumsy, badly in need of sharpening. Please be more specific nephew!
